Your Moroccan odyssey begins in Tangier, the legendary port city that has inspired artists, writers, and travelers for generations. After meeting your driver-guide, set out to explore the dramatic coastal landmarks that define this strategic crossroads between Europe and Africa.
Visit Cap Spartel, where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean at Africa's northwesternmost point. The historic lighthouse standing sentinel over these converging waters has guided mariners since 1864. Continue to the mythical Caves of Hercules, a natural grotto where legend says the Greek hero rested after his labors. Begin at Outa el Hammam square, the vibrant heart of the old town, surrounded by cafes and dominated by the striking 15th-century Grand Mosque with its unique octagonal minaret. Wander through the labyrinthine blue medina, where every turn reveals another shade of azure - from sky blue to deep indigo - creating an otherworldly atmosphere that has made Chefchaouen famous worldwide.

Begin your Fes orientation at the Borj Nord fortress, perched on a hill overlooking the medina. This 16th-century fort houses an impressive arms museum, but the real highlight is the panoramic view over Fes el-Bali (Old Fes), the world's largest car-free urban area and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Marvel at the sea of green-tiled roofs, towering minarets, and satellite dishes stretching to the horizon.
Continue to a traditional pottery cooperative in the new town, where artisans continue centuries-old techniques. Watch as skilled craftspeople shape local clay into beautiful tiles, tagines, and decorative pieces, then glaze them with the famous Fes blue before firing in traditional wood-fired kilns.
